Mr. Namerode is a lawyer and a CPA, holds a B.A. in accounting from Tel Aviv University, an LL.B from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. Mr. Namerode is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Redworth Capital Group. Prior to that he served in various senior executive positions in leading Israeli companies.

Ms. Adzic has extensive international management experience, and has previously held various senior positions within the Group, including President of Charter Kontron LTD in the UK, President of Mennen Medical Corp. in the USA and VP Business Development of Redworth Capital Group. Prior to her tenure with the Group, Ms. Adzic has been the president of KNR Real Estate and president and chief editor of the Belgrade New Times magazine.

Mr. Harel holds a BA in Accounting and Management from the College of Management in Israel, and is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in the hi-tech and medical technology market. Mr. Harel has held a variety of management positions, mainly in the USA, including General Manager of Paieon Medical USA, President of Mennen Medical Corp USA, VP Marketing and BD for Scanvec Amiable that was traded on NASDAQ.

Mr. Shalom is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. He graduated cum laude from Tel Aviv University and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics. Mr. Shalom has over 25 years of experience in senior financial positions. Prior to joining Mennen, Mr. Shalom served as CFO at Orckit Communications, a hi-tech telecommunication company traded on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv stock exchange, and as an accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers Israel.

Mr. Ben Asher holds a Master of Logistics degree from Bar-Ilan University and a C.P.M diploma from the Israeli Purchasing & Logistics Managers Association. Mr. Ben Asher joined Mennen Medical in 2007 and has held various positions in it, until his nomination in 2022 as President of the company.
